SmartPower was formed with the support of the Connecticut Clean Energy Fund, and since our  initial work in Connecticut, we have had the privilege of working with many clean energy funds and government agencies from Massachusetts all the way to Oregon. For the past several years we have worked in partnership with the Department of Energy on our Echo Boomer campaigns.  In partnership with these organizations and along with utility companies, clean power marketers and other stakeholders, SmartPower has been committed to helping Americans make smarter energy choices through clean energy purchases and the adoption of energy efficiency and conservation practices.  We bring innovation in our campaign and program approach, using new consumer research techniques to uncover the most effective ways to reach our audiences.
